Lost internet connection

I am still struggling to get my internet connection resolved. Their excuse is that it takes a while (about 2 hours) for internet connection to be restored after loadshedding because a lot of households are trying to reconnect at the same time. I don't accept that. My issue as well is that the 2 hours goes by and I wait over 4 hours without internet. While waiting I'm then hit with another loadshedding schedule and end up having had no internet connection for the whole day. This is seriously not on because I'll be expected to pay the subscription fee in full come due date. With all the tech in the world, waiting 2 to 5 hours for internet connection is just not on. Webafrica/Vumatel need to do better please.,😡😤
