Lost interest, want refund

<p>Hi, I've subscribed to you guys on Saturday the 10th sept , strugling to get my service activated, only then I got my service activated yesterday! (with numersous occusions that I tried to use your "chat to us" function, not much of help there) I want my debit reverted and my subscribtion cancelled, can't see anywhere on your Customer Zone for cancellation and refund. I did not use this service.</p>
