Lost in the Clouds. WebAfrica and Vumatel.

I have not had internet since Wednesday the 1st Feb Everytime i check with WebAfrica they say 48hours and the fault is with Vumatel. When i speak to Vumatel they have no record of the fault. Its been going on for days. And i am paying for a service i dont get.
