LOOOOOONG wait times for Tech Support.

Their customer service/ tech support is utterly and ridiculous SLOW. There is no call centre to help.. so you have no other choice than to use the chat feature... SERIOUSLY!!! add more people and improve your turnaround time to customers... 1 hour and waiting is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Or be able to log a ticket for a fault and tech support can get back to you.
