The worst service ever!!!!

After being billed the incorrect amount which you kept debiting after a dispute and having this finally resolved and the correct amount paid, you then have this clever idea to cancel my services without notifying me and ***** R2880 from my account without again any notification !!!! Ive been waiting for my money back for how long now and your *********** agents in every department doesnt know what the hell to do.
