Long activation process with inactive agents and robot chats

Seven days later I’m still waiting for my SIM cards to be connected to the internet, mind you I’ve already paid the pro rats amount, every time I contact them through WhatsApp which is the only way of communication by the way, I’m referred to an agent who will then refer me to another agent who won’t respond until 20:00 which is their “knock off” time. Seven days going through the same thing, I wouldn’t recommend
