"live" chat is dead! Unreachable!
I have not been able to reach you on any of the emails I have previously used and your "live" chat is dead! There is no way of logging a request with you other than through WhatsApp and no one responds besides the BOT that is overly eager to end the chat. Please contact me urgently.

30 Nov 2020, 15:12While I am at it, my line speed was supposedly upgraded and so has the price. Well the price went up the speed went down and so did the customer service. Disappointed! I joined with you within weeks of fibre becoming available in my neighbourhood.
