Line suspended because I requested to pay through debt order

I have requested to pay my account with debt order, and I have spoken to one of their agencies and my line was already suspended and they promised on the 16 September my line will be active and payment will be on the 01 October 2022. They said they will send a link and I must fill the information they needed to date I havent received a call nor email. She confidentlly promised to assist me but 0???? I cant do my work its such a terrible experiencwe Webafrica has been terrible host to me.
