Requested the previous tenants line to be cancelled by submitting proof of address proof of address was submitted it’s been 3 weeks and the line still hasn’t been released

There is no longer internet access on the line that web Africa provides but due to the fact that they aren’t releasing the line we can’t activate our own internet absolutely ridiculous
