Line fault

Internet has been down from 7 March 2023 (7 days straight) and nobody at Webafrica can tell me when it will be fixed or restored. Keeps blaming Metrofibre and Webafrica just keeps escalating, but unfortunately that is all they do. Nobody picks up a phone and finds out what is going on. Really bad service.
