This is the most frustrating service provider you can ever find yourself with. How the hell can they cancel a paid line. Make it make sense to me please. 0 sense of urgency whatsoever. Being sent from pillar to post. I'm not even sure if their agents know the meaning of the word "escalation", may as well as well just cancel and give me back my money.
