Line Cancellation

Worse Service EVER!!!! I cancelled My Installation with WebAfrica, and its been 2 months for my line to be freed up. I am unable to apply at any other ISP as I am told there is still an active ISP linked to my address. I think the idea is if we can't have you no-one can.
