Lindiwe Twala worse service received

I simply asked to change my password and only Lord knows what Lindiwe Twala did and now I don't have wifi access for days. Every interaction I have had has gone from bad to worse. Zandile S, Courtney S and Jessica have all wasted my time with lies claiming to fix the issue and disappear until I'm kicked out of the chat. No case reference just a bunch of careless agents who have failed to resolve my issue. Can Lindiwe Twala explain what she did exactly because the password she gave is not working and every one don't know what they are doing
