Like I said on my first review they really don’t care about my matter, they said they fixed my downgrade package issue but today twice the amount which is more than a thousand rand was debited on my account, so now again I need to contact them and spend the whole week begging the agents to help me while they put me on hold. It is frustrating 🤦🏾♀️
