Lies and incompetence

Im writing this review. Because of lies and incompetence. 15 to 18 April ,promised both by Thokozile and Cameron that credit will done for downtime but still the bill was charged as normal Webafica/Frogfoot. All calls are recorded. I need a refund as this was not the case to be billed for the full month.
