This company should simply be reported to the Consumer Protection Board and have their trading licence revoked. How they are allowed to rob so many people is concerning. We called a week ago and was told by the sales agent that once Octotel installs the line it takes about an hour then you will be up and running. Its not hours later and nothing. Then you cannot even speak to a technician. How can you only have whats app as a mode of addressing technical issues. People juts stay away.....................
