***** and ******* !!!!!!

Webafrica is full of ***** and ******* !!!! For 3 months it was all good . On the 3rd of November I paid my wifi lime I usually do , but I was disconnected so i contacted webafrica to get it resolved . everyday since the 4th of November there has been stories/excuses as to why I am not reconnected. Now they tell me i need to pay a additional R1100 to be reconnected straight away . I paid again on the 26th of November and im still not connected . webafrica tells me its not on their end its Vumatel that needs to connect me but Vumatel tells me that its webafrica . so I paid twice and I'm still not connected !!!???!!!
