LETTER OF DEMAND SENT TO ME FOR SOMETHING I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT!!!!

I was handed over to lawyers to claw back outstanding money from me. I now have to pay for a router, 8 months interest and their legal fees. Best part. I WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE THAT I NEEDED TO PAY THEM!!! I asked Webafrica in January how much it would cost me to cancel, and they said that it would cost me nothing, because everything is paid up, and the required time is over. I never ever received any sort of notice that I needed to return or pay for the router until I get the letter of demand. No explanation or word from Webafrica!
