*****lent ******* - Triple Debiting our accounts

Our debit order went of as expected from my husbands account, however, 2 additional debits went off within the last 8 days from my account, to which they no lnger have the bank details. Spoke to 5 different agents to reslove the issue and each one comes back with the same answer, they cannot locate the funds and they will escalate it to their seniors. This is ***** and ******* Webafrica, unacceptable, *****ing from long time loyal clients.
