Lengthy process and website not user friendly

I ordered the 20gig lte service and made my payment and sent my rica documents. But now they are rejecting all my rica documents simply because their website only shows the stand number on google maps but all my proofs of residence have the house number NOT THE STAND NUMBER. the method of inputting physical addresses is not user friendly. I want to cancel my order
