Left hanging all weekend
I have been trying to reconnect since Friday, I spoke to multiple agents(Sibongile,Anoxolo,Mmanku) who all left me hanging. I have experienced this before with webafrica, I came onto hello peter to post a review and was immediately assisted so I guess this is the only way to get assisted.
So here I am again, hoping to be assisted.
