Laughable cancellation service at Webafrica - Make your future self happy and stay away

I have tried for 4 hours to cancel a fibre service. Sales answers in 5 seconds, but there is no email or number of website to cancel the service. The sales guy could also not give me an email or telephone number, simply a referral to whatsapp. It is more than laughable. I have been on hold for 4 hours (and counting) to cancel my fibre service. Do your future self a favour and stay as far away as possible from this crowd.
