Latency Issues

I’ve been with web africa for around a year now, i have had no issues with them at up until now. I am having serious latency issues (latency is 180ms) and problems connecting to certain servers when gaming. I am also unable to utilise IPV6 even though it has been enabled. I am not sure whether this is a webafrica issue or an open serve issue but there have been over 1000 negative web africa reviews this month so i am assuming it’s them.
