To get a clearer picture of what’s happening, a few quick checks will help narrow down the cause:
• Do all devices lose connection at the same time, or only certain ones?
• When the issue happens, do the router lights stay normal or change (e.g. red/flashing)?
• If you’re able to test, does a wired (LAN) connection remain stable while WiFi drops?

These details help determine whether the issue is related to WiFi interference, the router itself, or the line/network.
In the meantime, you can also try a quick reset which often helps with intermittent drops:

- Keep the router in an open space, away from thick walls or other electronics that may interfere with the signal
