LATE INVOICES RECEIVED

The general rule is you pay on statement Therefore all relevant invoices for that month should be included with the statement in order to pay the correct amount as well pay in time
Well as usual it is the one thing web Africa does not understand They give you a statement (but IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND OUT STATEMENTS). Then after you paid, and you need to pay on the 30th of each month they send out invoices and expect you to pay that as well although that invoice is dated between the 4th and 5th of the next month. And the amount is as stupid as R28. And if you communicate and ask them but why do you receive the invoice after you paid, and then I waited till the 3rd of 4th to pay them as this happens EVERY month that you receive an invoice late from them, they just don't get back to you. And then after 2 days they send a message out that reads WE HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM YOU IN 48 HOURS... but your correspondence was send via email to them and NOBODY cares to CALL YOU as a CLIENT.... And they use the wrong email address.....

Why don't they cut my service for R300 but they cut it for R28 and after you paid the R300????? And they refuse to assist or help you!!!!!

Hello amalia,

The Fax to Email service is billed differently than other services and we can understand why this matter is confusing.

We invoice you for the normal standard service along with other services on your account, however, the usage for Fax to Email is billed separately because all usages are calculated and billed on the last day of the month.

Our guys were in touch with you to explain the above and we wouldn't suspend accounts without following up relentlessly with our customers.

We hope that this matter has been resolved and we would like to encourage you to update this post to reflect this resolution offered.

Regards
Mkhululi
