Lameez was very professional and understanding and she promised to call me and she did. We spoke over the phone and she promised to try to assist me with my new router at my new location. She is very friendly and definitely deserves a raise or promotion. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Thank you very much for the wonderful service
