Lacking Customer Skills??????

Haven't even been with this company for a full month, and their customer "support" is clearly lacking. This is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth. From technical errors, to customer "care" agents disabling the chat in the middle of my complaint, I am extremely unsatisfied.
