Lack service

Please get a call centre . Your watsapp line is NOT customer service . Waited over 3 hours just for an agent , to then be transferred 3 times with NO joy .. only after PM on Facebook did I get a call logged with vuma and then zero since then 8am call logged and your watsapp tells me ref doesn't exist !
