Lack of Service, Support Tickets closed without response.

Once again I have to resort to making a post on HelloPeter to attempt to achieve anything.

So on September 30th, I opened a ticket via the WebAfrica Website(ticket #290677) for my issue with high latency and inconsistent speeds on my 50/50 Premium Uncapped line between certain hours of the day. I updated the ticket every day with further results to indicate that the issue is persisting.

On October 3rd I finally heard back from Webafrica from a 'consultant' that has the audacity to tell me they tested my line and everything looks fine now.... at 8am in the morning. A completely irrelevant time to when I have issues. They also refreshed my line and told me to restart the CPE and Router. I did so, and sent an update the same night showing that nothing had been resolved and the issue still persists. I continued to update the call for the next day or two while I was able to.

I noticed now, after experiencing the same issues tonight that, despite not receiving any form of update from WebAfrica since October 3rd that the Support ticket has been closed.

So I would like to know why I'm having these issues on my line, specifically what seems to be between EXACTLY 20:00 and 22:00. The major issue being high latency(100 - 200ms to a server in Cape Town), with my download and upload speeds sometimes jumping all over the place. I would also really like to know why my call was closed without any further feedback from WebAfrica as that is a major issue for me right now.

Looking forward to hearing from someone at the soonest.

Kind Regards, Simon.
