Lack of service or care. Only interested in sales

Requested service 18 August, no luck, requested Cancelation, and system confirmed a calendar months notice, since then I have been trying to get them to release my line for a change over a weekend. Today they changed the date to 1 November and still no service. I am waiting outside their office and still no service.
