Lack of Service

As per many reviews, the service from Webfrica is disgusting, can not get hold of Webafrica to log a call, you have to use Whatapp methods which is slow and frustrating. Webafrica is not the cheapest, this is why i will be shopping around for a new service provider. Whilst I understand the empact Covid has had on businesses, the lack of service can not be tolerated any further. Turnaround times with Vumatel needs to be addressed internally as 24 to 48 hour fault logging is too long when most are working from home.
