Lack of service and customer support

Complete lack of service and customer support. I placed an order on the 2nd of September, was told that my order would be sorted within 5 business days. I sent through the relevant documentation and payment to get the order processed but still had to wait 14 business days. Beyond the incredibly long waiting period with very little active attempt to address my queries, I had to deal with one agent who refused to help me and the another that cut the call mid conversation, notwithstanding my attempts to remain friendly in an understandably frustrating and expensive process.
