Lack of service

I have been trying to get fibre active with Webafrica with no luck! They keep on escalating my case but after more than a month I still don’t have fibre and you cannot even speak to a real person except a sales person. How is that?! So they have a sales department but the operations department option 2 on the phone does not work……
