Lack of service

It's been almost a week and I've received no assistance for my internet being down yet. I CAN'T believe there's service providers out there that just doesn't care about their customers and is just eager to sign you up but doesn't care afterwards. I've never experienced this level of low service before. I can't believe I have been down for a whole week and they don't care, it's really appalling.
