Lack of proper Service from Webafica

if I could give a ZERO star rating, I would give it to Webafrica. I have been trying to UPGRADE for more than a month and every time I get put through from one *********** department to another. they do not have a phone service-so I cannot call them. Just a bunch of useless consultants
