Lack of Customer Service

My internet has been down since Saturday. I have no wifi access till todate. Iam nit getting any help from webafrica's live chat, they keep on asking same questions no solutions. I phoned referred back to the non existent live chat. I sent an email no response Does this mean i won't be charged for these interrupted days? Ofcourse not, webafrica only cares about money. What i need is someone to speak to me not Willie the bot. Some one to provide me with the PPOE settings so i can access my wifi. That's too much to ask.

I will have to start looking for another SP
