Lack of communication on outages causes issues
Hello,
The WIFI service has not been working for 2 DAYS. I called on Saturday and got no assistance. They are generally bad at responding period. When outages happen, no formal communication is sent. You just have to figure yourself out. A terrible service in my opinion
