Lack of communication about outages

Our internet has been down the whole day today & there were no notifications from Webafrica. Other companies like RSAWeb informed their clients since 05h00 this morning. Jack up your service Webafrica-it’s totally unacceptable when people are working remotely & not to be notified when there is an outage. At the very least send out an SMS to your clients telling them-you’d save yourself a heap of grief of you’d just let your clients know!
