Lack of communication
Avoid WebAfrica at all costs! 😡 I signed up on 13 November 2025, paid upfront, and was left waiting for installation until 7 February 2026. Despite numerous enquiries, I faced endless delays and poor communication.
When I finally got installed, I tried contacting them about a promised R999 credit for late installation (their own policy states fibre should be installed within 14 days). Unresponsive agents, ignored emails, and no escalation to a manager. Emails to *** were met with radio silence.
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with WebAfrica's lack of customer service. Would not recommend until they sort out their customer support issues. 👎"

"Frustrating experience with WebAfrica. Despite multiple emails to the complaints department, I've been met with complete silence. Promised credits for late fibre installation are being ignored, and customer service is non-existent. Would not recommend until they sort out their support issues." 😞

30 Mar 2026, 08:14Hi Carmen, we completely understand how frustrating this has been, especially after reaching out multiple times and not receiving any feedback, along with the uncer*****y around the previously discussed installation credits. That lack of communication can make the whole experience feel even more disappointing, and we hear you.
We want to reassure you that your matter has already been escalated and is currently with our Complaints Team. They are actively reviewing your case, including the delayed installation and the concerns you’ve raised, so everything can be assessed properly.
We’re keeping a close eye on the progress from our side and will ensure feedback is shared with you as soon as there’s a clear update. We appreciate your patience while this is being worked through and remain committed to seeing this to a proper outcome.
Warm regards,

08 Apr 2026, 21:39On the 23rd March 2026, I received an email from hello Peter asking if I wanted to rate webafrica, I enter my comment onto this platform to receive a response from webafrica advising they are so sorry and understand my frustration. I left another review on here on the 27 March which someone from their complaints department responded via email, baring inmind just asking if my issue has been dealt with. On the same day I rep**** giving them the benefit of doubt as this was someone new reaching out from webafrica just to be left with a no response again. I even sent an email on the 29th March, 1 April as well as the 7th April. Nothing, they really don't live up to their standards.
