Lack of clear communication!

My order was handled terribly. I was not informed of additional fees. Instead I was told only about the monthly instalment fee on the promotion. I have been debited an amount that I did not authorize. There are 2 orders on my profile to the same address which means that I am likely to be double debited as well.

The website does not direct you to proper channels for any real assistance. The contact center does not know who needs to handle what. I have been on the line with different people for the last 2 hours and no one. I'm being sent from pillar to post but no one is available to assist me or has the know how to do so. I have received very cold assistance on the whatsapp channel but at least was able to cancel my order.

It has also come to my attention that a promotion (Vumatel) that I was purchasing because it was ending on the day, is still up and running with no communication of an extension which comes across as very disingenuous marketing practices. I am very disappointed in this service.
