Lack of assistance and mismanagement

<p>We had our services suspended due to none payment to reactivate we had to pay and send proof of payment we had done that but still our services are not reactivated and we are not getting any response from these people we feel like they do not value us as customers anymore cause they used attend to each and every query that we had but now this is total neglicence we are truelly neglected by webafrica networks.</p>
