Lack of any support

I ordered fibre and am now waiting for line activation from VUmAtel. But absolutely no support from WebAfrica whatsoever. Their call line is basically dead so you're forced to chat via WhatsApp. All I get told is that they've escalated the query. Every time. For a whole week my issue is escalated yet no resolution. And then the agent says we just have to wait for VUMATEL to activate the line. Complete lack of support and assistance from the ISP.
