Communications from this ISP is nonexistent which means its really poor after payment was made it's supposedly take 48 hours for reconnection and after trying to get hold an agent via their so-called easier WhatsApp help and e-mail there has been no response sending me from end to the other. Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe what I'm feeling right now
