Kill the WhatsApp support line, telephone support please

1 star is still to much, useless company, my fire line is down for 2 days now, you call the contact number its only for sales, for apparently faster technical support you have to use the WhatsApp line, Ive been waiting for 2 days fir an agent to say Hi, how is that faster and my line still down. Whom ever came up with this WhatsApp support system has a special place in hell waiting for him or her... Dumb ass
