Khayakazi brilliantly resolved a connection issue I've had 4 a week. After a technician had changed my router and cables I was still incurring intermittent WiFi connection which was my initial issue. Khayakazi is absolutely brilliant and picked up that they still had my old router details running whilst I have a new router altogether. After some troubleshooting I am pleased to report that my connection is currently working well. Let's hope it stays that way. Please give Khayakazi a raise and I say so because even when I have an agent that tries to, with their limited ability to fix an issue, they rarely ever do whilst we are chatting via WhatsApp. Thank you Khayakazi
