Kgauhelo worst support agent, closes ticket without resolution

Webafrica is a horrible isp. there is no customer service. i had a support ticket which was escalated and was suppose to be resolved 24-48 hrs. after 4days i managed to get into contact with Kgauhelo who doesnt know the meaning of customer service and when i pointed out to him he closed my ticket without resolving my problem.
