Hi,

I've have too many delays and difficulties since I have subscribed to Web Africa. My installation was on Monday at 11am and to date I have no router nor had any response regarding the delivery of such router and on top of that my original agreement with Open Serve is null and void and instead of R399 I now have to pay 499. I am at a point where I want to cancel this agreement due to the frustration and delays.

I am also not happy with the ugly PVC pipes you've laid across my building, could you not have used something less palpable.
