Keep taking your money when u did not have service

They only have a whatsapp service that is suppose to be quick and effiecient for queries but they dont help u. They say they are very busy and then after an hour they tell u there have been no communication and end the chat then u need to start all over with the process. We moved and i cancels my service and they have been deducting for the second month in a row. Last month they told me the refund takes 30 days but instead of giving me a regund they deducted again.
