Keep on charging router cancelling fees

They keep on charging me R1998-00 every two days. I have returned the router via The Courier Guy, they have noted only on the 08/11/2025 that they have received the router but keep on charging me for it. I have spoken to several different agents and they just don't care. I will not recommend Webafrica to any of my friends and family as this is disgusting customer service.
