KEEP AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA!

My fibre line has a fault, started on Monday. Its Friday now. I keep having to explain the same story to the bot and the more than ten agents who keep shuffling me around. None of the managers I have asked for are getting back to me after promises of being contacted by them. They closed my ticket without resolving it TWICE! They blame Vumatel and Vumatel say they can't help as my ticket is now labelled 'resolved'. All I wanted was for a technician to come out and look at it. I am trying to cancel and they want me to give them a month's notice but what's the point if I'm actually not getting any signal. I work from home and I my kids study from home so my whole life has stopped. There is no customer service from their side AT ALL.
